CASH REWARDS for Learning and Meeting Goals
Participants who successfully meet the academic and attendance criteria for the WIA will receive financial incentives. These incentives are for reaching predetermined benchmarks set by the Youth Employability Specialist and the participant. Some examples are:

Increase in GPA
√ Passage of the California High School Exit Exam
√ Attainment of High School Diploma or GED
√ Completion of an approved training program
