Whether your business is large, medium or small, the WIB works with you to streamline your employee recruitment process. WIB offers a number of free resources to staff your business. If you have just a few openings, or hundreds, our staff will meet with you to determine how we can assist with your hiring needs. WIB staff will assist with:

The WIB can provide a large pool of recently trained and experienced workers. In addition, employers have access to WIB conference and meeting rooms to interview and test applicants.

On-Site Recruitment

The WIB welcome employers into the Solano Employment Connection to actively recruit and interview candidates for open positions. We have significant foot traffic daily of individuals who are looking for work, making the WIB an ideal place to recruit new employees. Whether your needs are as simple as a small booth to hold interviews, or a large room to conduct employee orientations, call on the WIB for assistance. Use of our space requires advance reservation, so be sure to call as soon as you have a date in mind.
